All electrical work is carried out by appropriately licensed electricians and in accordance with applicable Queensland legislation, regulations and Australian Standards.
If existing electrical work is found to be unsafe, faulty, or non-compliant, additional work may be required before we can safely complete the requested work.
Access & Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, other trades or circumstances outside our control may result in additional charges.
Payment
Payment terms will be outlined on your quotation or invoice. Invoices are payable within the specified timeframe. We reserve the right to suspend further work where accounts remain overdue.

Where products are supplied by Mooks Electrical, manufacturer warranties apply. Customer supplied products must be suitable, safe, and compliant. We cannot accept responsibility for faults or compatibility issues relating to customer-supplied products.
Smart Home & Technology
Home automation, CCTV, security, data, and smart-home systems may rely on third-party products, internet services, software, or network infrastructure. Mooks Electrical is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or products outside our control.

Warranty & Consumer Rights
We take pride in the quality of our workmanship and will address genuine workmanship defects in accordance with our applicable warranty.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
